Alexander Forbes is the worse financial services provider. Your attitude and services is disgusting
I have been calling your call centre and branch in Cape town CBD for over 3 weeks with my calls being cut after spending hours on the line. I will call my workplace to cancel my retirement plan as this is not only disgusting service on your part but a waste of my time and money.
It's insane how you guys cannot return a call to one of your members.
