Alexander Forbes is such a disappointment as I have been waiting on my payment fIts been 3 months plus waiting for my payment but nothing and for more than 3 months now. Endless email thread with Nikki-Lee Dorea with no joy, considering the growing list of other customers complaining about the same issue is a reflection of failed customer service at the company. I will not stop here, I will be launching a campaign about how Alexander Forbes is ******** people of their savings.
