Alexander Forbes is not trustworthy.
It is inconceivable how utterly ill prepared Alexander Forbes is for the Two-pot system D-day. 4 September and their site is still down, with a message "experiencing high volumes' which is just a blatant lie. I tried very late at night and got the same message. I find them ************* with such a blatant lie and can't help but wonder how well they are managing my funds. Allan Gray on the other hand - zero issues, well geared and prepared and running smoothly.

05 Sept 2024, 08:04AF using the same standard reply for all complaints. If they at least knew a bit about technology they could have used A.I. to come up with different random excuses. The site is still down. This cannot be possible - you are not selling Taylor Swift tickets!
