Alexander Forbes is not to be trusted... Ask me

I have been incredibly disappointed, dismayed and left destitute by ALEXANDER FORBES. I worked for Standard Bank for 30 years and paid my premiums without fail every SINGLE month. Today 29 October 2019 is exactly 6 Months since I sent in my claim for my pension. Every time I inquire they say my money is with actuaries and every time they give me a date on which I will receive MY money and every time that date comes and passes. Just last month my case was being handled by VUYEKA now 2 weeks ago they say my case is being handled by KHANYA NDUNA.

What is going on at Alexander Forbes ? Why when it's your turn to fulfill your obligations I am met with lies, misrepresentation and dismay. Alexander Forbes has turned into a financial *********. They have terrorised me for 6 months with no end in sight.

I made provisions for my retirement, its jot like I did not make any plans for my future but here I am after doing everything right. No different from someone who just went to work everyday for 30 years and not thought of the future. That is not the case but this company has made that my reality.
