Alexander Forbes is absolutely ridiculous
I have never seen such poor customer service in my life. I have been waiting for 3months and still haven't recieved my claim nor have i recieved feedback. Been calling with no answer. This is truly disappointing. It can't possibly take that long to process a claim. Even SARS works faster.
