Alexander Forbes is a **** and so ***********
Its a pity that this two pot was planned ahead of time and Alex knew about it but all of a sudden their communication platform are closed l was holding for 40 mins till l dropped the call . I registered my claim 8 days ago and to date its not moving and no communication from them to tell me what is happening . their system is is not working . I blame myself from moving from Sanlam to this useless company .

Your wats up platform is not working, calls you hold for more than 50 mins no help, social media mo response. I blame myself for moving over to your useless company that does not take pride in good service. Pay back our monies bunch of capitalist. #AlexForbes is a **** company their IT your website is in shambles invest at your own risk
