Alexander Forbes Incompetency

Good day.

I left employment of a private company and requested the funds in my pension fund to be transfered to another company. My financial advisor helped me with the arrangements.

Alexander Forbes then requested the incorrect tax directive and transfered the money to the new company. The new company then contacted me and informed me that the money cannot be transferred to the new policy seeing as the requested tax directive was incorrect. The money was transferred on the 24th of July, on the 6th of August my financial advisor requested the bank details from Alexander Forbes in order to transfer the money back to them in order for the tax directive to be re app**** for. Since then it has been impossible to get hold of anyone to fix the problem. We have spoken to several people at Alexander Forbes, Precious Myapaza, Stephanie, Wusumzi Gcaza and their direct manager Mr Jack Matlu. After my financial advisor spoke to Mr Jack Matlu she was ensured that the problem would be sorted out. Up to now, nothing. For the last month several messages was left for these people and they just do not respond at all.

The months are ticking by and nothing is being done. I am the one loosing interest on my retirement money because they are not doing their jobs.

How is it possible for a big company like that to just do nothing, this is the worst service I have ever received!!!

I have no idea what to do anymore........
