Alexander Forbes Incompetence

Tracing agent told me Nov.2024 I got 3 Pension amounts from Edcon between 29 to 35 years ago. Completed all required documents. Got told case closed 1st Jan.2025. Got X amount paid in2 my bank 14 March.2025. Xpected *** though. No xplanation HOW they arrived @ that figure. No invoice; nada. Threatened with lawyer to get invoice. Got send a bogus letterhead letter, did not even mention Edcon nor reference nr on it. So, there goes monies due 2 me, in2 someone's pocket without any further xplanation? This is a financial Service firm. How does anyone & all, reading this, think AF pay all the wages of their employees? It doesn't take 75 days 2 do an electronic transfer from their Trust account in2 your bank account. If you have a Rmillion sitting in their Trust account for even 7 days, nevermind 30 or 60 days, they will harvest that interest. You will not see it. People, check your dates; check your release dates. Interests are due 2 you, not them. Your money is suppose to earn interest right up to the moment of transfer in2 your bank account. These people's Trust rating& 117 spot says it all. It's not incompetence; it's deliberate something else...DO NOT TRUST ALEXANDER FORBES!!
