Worst service ever💔I'm so hurt, I resigned on 5 June 2024, 2 of their consultants called me on 26 June 2024 confirming that they received all docs from my employer on 18 June, they explained my options and I told them I'm cashing out my money and they said it would take 4-6 weeks to process. Today I called them to follow up and they say they don't have my docs and nothing on their system to process my payout. My rent is due, I kept getting cut off because I did not have enough airtime, they did not care or bother to call me back. Shame on them💔They are all heartless.
