Alexander Forbes, I am EXHAUSTED!!

My pension funds are with Alexander Forbes. My issues started when I started requesting withdrawals from this fund.

I first requested R50.00, which was denied. Then I was told I have to take "ONE THIRD" payout from the funds and "INVEST THE REST". I then sent an email, to request that. Due to the "usual long wait for a request to be actioned", I ended up complaining to the Complaints dept. After going forward and backwards, they ended up actioning my first request! Then i said the money is too little, a second request was done and actioned.

All these "CASH" amounts came from "ONE THIRD OF THE PENSION FUNDS". Then i requested documents showing financial statement before withdrawals, cash payments. Only to discover that they were "TAXED". !!!!!!! (this is my BIGGEST concern)!!!. In the first case, that was not my fault that they actioned the first request, due to their pressure.

I have been sending emails to Chastry Moorkel, and we are around in circles. I am tired of explaining myself, writing the same issues everytime. I am not getting answers/joy to my questions. I have sent her the email showing exactly that i have requested "ONE THIRD PAYOUT" and "INVEST THE REST"... still all these are falling on deaf ears!!

Alexander Forbes, this is my second letter to you complaining about service, from the same person!! I am definitely moving my funds to another Institution. I am emotionally exhausted!!
