Alexander Forbes - Horrible Investment

I have a claim of the 30th September 2019 with Alexander Forbes (AF) . I was told from that date I should count 4-6 weeks for payment. I've literally been calling every week to follow up. Only on the 19th Nov they de-invested, even though this was planned for October. It's the 22nd of November and I was now told, the de-investing occurred on the 19th of Nov and only next week would the SARS process be initiated according to Bongani at AF and from next week it will take 4-6weeks for payment. Mind you, nothing ever happens at AF unless I call to find out about progress. I've laid a compliant 2 weeks ago with AF and NO ONE from the AF complaints department has called me to date. When I called the complaints dept. I get a voice message saying they are in a "Staff Meeting". I am livid as these are MY funds and I'm getting shoved pillar to post. These funds are for my children's education and AF gives a hoot! When investing they would chase you and withdrawing you told lie after lie by they contact centre... One minute there is progress with your claim, next it goes backwards and then dead silence as administrators are unavailable. I'm fuming and getting ready to string my kids to their head offices and they can tell them why they education dreams are being crushed...
