Alexander Forbes Hiding Behind Turnaround Times, inhuman attitude

This a 3rd review on Alexander Forbes. It has taken them 2 weeks and multiple complains for them to allocate my last contribution. Now that my last contribution has been found, I now need to complain again for the claim to be processed. They are hiding behind turnaround times forgetting that they delayed in allocating my last contribution. I wish companies would just stop using alexander forbes because getting your money is a mission with you guys. You are just horrible, you careless about customers, you don't escalate issues or take ownership of complains.
