Alexander Forbes has super pathetic service.

Eight weeks ago I requested the details of my Pension Fund via my financial advisor from Attooh! in order to complete my e-filing for the tax season. After countless amounts of emails being sent between myself, Attooh! and Alexander Forbes, and Alexander Forbes claiming to have a system failure (FOR 8 WEEKS!) it seems an impossible task to just give me the basic details of my pension fund and give me the latest statement of my funds in my pension fund. Not only am I absolutely disgusted at the poor service of Attooh! but also at Alexander Forbes who always advertise these so-called high quality services.
