Alexander Forbes has no director available to sign of documents.....so I am being told!!!

We have been struggling for months now to finalize a transfer from Alexander Forbes to Discovery and the amount of excuses that AF has been able to come up with is astonishing! I am used to AF being an extremely efficient company but can really not speak of the same this time around. I have a client that needs her monthly income on the 25th of THIS month and AF apparently has no director available to sign of transfers....Laughable! Pathetic!
