Alexander Forbes gets a ZERO for service and processing claims !!!!
Alexander Forbes is the WORST when it comes to feedback n customer service!!!! I am following up on my claim which they state will take 4-6weeks to process Its now 6 weeks and still I receive no feedback from them. After sending numerous emails and don't even mention their call centre!!! They are pathetic, the call centre agents sound uninterested in your claim and are rude!!! They dropped my call 3 times and I am yet to get SOMEONE WHO CAN HELP OR GIVE ME ACCURATE FEEDBACK!!!! DO NOT go near Alexander Forbes they are extremely unhelpful.
