Alexander Forbes - Frustrated Client

Frustrated, Disappointed, Fed up with Alexander Forbes. Claim for my pension fund were put in. Received an e-mail saying payment will be done "Counting from the 19th of February 2021. Payment will be done in 7 to 14 working days! What a LIE!!! Still no payment still no response from Alexander Forbes! Consultants just give you the same info every time after holding on for more than an hour and 16 minutes... Send e-mails make calls but no response. 20 Working days now! What must you do to get your money out of this people!? 8 Months pregnant,, and have stress over Alexander Forbes who does not pay your pension fund! Pathetic Alexander Forbes!!!
