Im infuriated at the service I received from Alexander Forbes & I will take this matter to the highest authority. My pension fund was paid out at a short fall & the explanation I get from the supervisor Buthle Langa is that my contributions & that of my ex-employers was lost due to the poor performing markets during Covid. No knowledge on the acts that governs pension funds. Approximately R500 later spent on airtime for the past six weeks & they are sticking to their ridiculous assumption. AForbes consultants are *********** & have no knowledge on money matters. They were just informed during some Skype meeting that they should tell their clients that they lost money on their investments due to Covid & they follow like robots. Working from home is clearly not working for their employees. I will never ever invest or take out insurance with these **********.
