Alexander Forbes Financial Services WORST SERVICE EVER

Worst experience ever, multiple request for a call back or assistance and nothing. I logged a claim and they sent me an sms advising that there are papers missing for the last month contribution but there was no contribution for that month where do I get those papers. If that is the case why was this no requested from the company that sent my claim. For some reason they just dont want to pay my claim. This scares me as my new company is looking to work with them. ***
