Alexander Forbes Financial Service not able to provide IRP3 requested by momentum
I have transferred my pension fund from Alexander Forbes Financial Service to momentum and withdrew portion. Alexander Forbes Financial Service is not able to provide momentum with IRP3 which momentum requested since their tax directive application was rejected due to lack of some information. Tried to request it from SARS myself but was told that only Alexander Forbes Financial Service can get for me.

Momentum has pleaded with you to provide IRP3 and also send you sample but you still failed to provide it. Can you please me why don't you want to send momentum that IRP3 so that this matter can be closed
