What a ****ty service from this company, if u have any investments with them please withdraw because when you claim your money hey will make u run around. I have an unclaimed provident fund from October 2021, early this year January I sent all the required documents and form. Till todate u haven't received any money into my account. Every time I make a follow up they tell me they escalated the matter to their sinor manager they are waiting for a respond. I spoke to Collen, Alisha, Nicholas etc u remember all the consultants I spoke to. All they tell me is that they a waiting for a respond from their senior what what. I really tired even if I don't get my money it's fine. They can keep it now
