I'm really unhappy with the way Alexander Forbes is handling my claim I don't get thru to them when I try phoning I'm being kept on hold to listen to music with airtime I cannot afford,I mean does it really take that long for this little pension fund I'm getting I'm struggling financially I'm depending on it Yes ur company hear that a lot ppl struggling while waiting on what is theirs.. but u don't know what it is its been exactly four weeks its not millions.payment being process now what is the hold up please please I have depts and bills to pay children to feed please
