Alexander Forbes extremely rude

I have been waiting 2 + years for this company to pay my late husband's money into my account. Numerous unanswered emails, those who actually bother to answer the phone is so rude they just slam it down mid sentence. The 2nd last email from them they requested some forms and documents confirming his passing etc. I sent all relevant documentation, no reply. I took it up with a call center just telling me AGAIN to send documents. This is literally Biblically spoken the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. I feel offended because they questioned my marriage, my relationship, and who gives me the right.... THE MASTER OF THE HIGH COURT gives me the right, they have ALL the paperwork. I hope after this the monies due to me will be paid WITH interest! I'm a pensioner living on a social grant with no other income. Why do I have to beg for what's rightfully mine?? This has already been taxed, and I have a credit at SARS where they are in the process of repaying it into my account. WAKE UP PEOPLE!!! This is a urgent matter for personal reasons!!
