Alexander Forbes empty promises

Alexander forbes has the worst customer service ever expereienced. have been calling for a week now to find out what is happening with the provident fund pay out and daily they say they will get back to me as they are waiting for the last contribution letter from my previous employer. For a week now the same result.

Ive contacted my previous employer and not one phone call was received from them... I find this disappointing as they are the first company to take money but when it comes to pay out, it takes forever and no feedback.

I would not suggest anyone to ever do business with Alexander Forbes who cant assist in anything.

Mpho Mohlabi rep**** he will give me a call and no response. After a week of complaining still no response....

This is by far the poorest response and customer service ever
