It would help if companies like Alexander Forbes expressed their real feelings about your queries instead of addressing you as a 'Valued ' client and put 'Annoying' instead. Since 22October I'm waiting for feedback from one Kusha Naidoo and have received absolutely not a pip from them. This is the second time I'm expressing my disgust with their unprofessional behaviour.
