Good day , I spoke to their Complaints officer on the 21 August 2024 , they said are investigating the matter. No feedback 😞 to date. I don't even know whats happening .

I really don;t understand , everytime you keep on saying that you are investigating the matter. yesterday around 8h39 pm you sent email with no proper feedback . The email is not what you promised. I asked questions with no reply . Everytime the is a an excuse.
