Alexander Forbes doesnt want to payout my money
I resigned from my work, claim was submitted in September. Received an sms ref nr: *** on 18 Sep which state 4-6 weeks for payment to be done. From 2 weeks ago I keep on phoning to follow up and everytime I get told that they cant find my claims. So tell me how the **** do i have an sms with a reference nr that it was received. So Alexander Forbes are either bull****ting me or *****ling money that are rightfully mine. Everytime they say they will phone me back which doesnt happen and I have to keep on phoning. You better sort this out as you are playing, *****ing and lying.
