Alexander Forbes Doesn't Care about Customers Period!!!!!!

I get Lie after lie with Alexander Forbes.....I was sent an email by their Complaints Department and was promised to be paid out in 4days after 3months waiting for my provident fund and still after 4 days I'm left stranded in a financial situation! I'm unemployed and needing assistance I'm just absolutely Dissatisfied with their services and it's the second time now
