Alexander Forbes does not send IT3(f) to clients
I called Alex Forbes today requesting my IT3(f) certificate, spent over 80 minutes on the phone and still didn't get it. I have never seen such incompetence and disregard of former investor. What a horrible experience. I hope I don't ever have to deal with Alex Forbes again. a mere IT3(F)? Other investment companies issues this to their clients before tax season is open. YOU ARE HORRIBLE, makes Ann Leepile look ***********.
