Alexander Forbes divorce claim

I am the Plaintiff in this divorce whereas my ex spouse is the 1st defendant and his Pension fund with Alexander Forbes is the 2nd defendant. In June 2026 the divorce had been finalized in court were I was granted my 50% share of his pension fund as we had been married in COP. Whatever Alexander Forbes requested regarding the various documents including court stamps to be stamped on every page has been met. My attorney has met every request from Alexander Forbes. I find this increasingly frustrating as its well over a week since my attorney had emailed all the relevant documents to Alexander Forbes and has not received any feedback whatsoever. This creates a huge financial strain as this pay out has been further delayed. I cannot understand why Alexander Forbes takes so long to grant us permission to complete the claim forms where all the requirements from them have met. Its absolutely ridiculous and pathetic as such a well known company provide this level of service.
