Alexander Forbes' displeasing service.

I have an investment with this Alex Forbes and I have been trying from last month to claim out my funds from the portal, but then you have been giving me the run arounds with my funds - I try calling in and then I am placed on hold until the airtime eventually runs out - and then when i send in a request to be called back, no one ever gets back to me, and I know that you guys got the requests because every time I send in a request I keep getting email from you guys that the request has been sent and someone will get back to me. But then no one has ever did that - Ii would like to know what kind of game are you guys playing with clients? Why do I have to be stressed about my money that I have trusted to invest with you people?

I would like to claim out my funds, that is all I want to do nothing else. I have trusted you guys to keep my money safe, but now I don't even know if you guys have the money in a safe place, because when I login to the portal then it doesn't show me my funds anymore.
