Alexander Forbes Disorganised

Alexander Forbes acts on behalf of their clients to find beneficiaries who have unclaimed benefits or surplus funds through ICT Tracing. Unfortunately they do this with no proper processes. The payment process long with uninformed and umdispowered Customer support. My docs were submitted in Oct/Nov 2015 and I still have not received nor informed status on claims. Out of the 3 claims,:1 paid out R146 only..what a waste of time and effort. I spent more following up..The other they find one their system in Cape Town but not in Job urgent which is suppose to be my primary contact. I have reported by frustration to both tracing company and Alexander Forbes to no avail. This experience all very disappointing.
