Alexander Forbes - Disgusting/ unprofessional (it’s sad that we all such companies to handle peoples funds in this age)

I have no words for this company. I’ve been waiting for two months for my retirement savings. I’ll have no place to live with my children after the 06th. My grace period is over. I’ve heard sleepless nights and cried, and begged to have the payment made. If you get any interaction at all it’s some asking what happened or asking you to re-fill forms that have been submitted already. Just another tactic to delay the payments.
