Alexander Forbes - disgusting service

I am absolutely appalled at the service from Alexander Forbes , to say the process of disinvesting my husband's money has been a nightmare is putting it lightly. We lodged our disinvestment on the 8th February and are now getting told they did not register the disinvestment until the 9 April!!! Three months to register a disinvestment and then get told we have to wait another 4-6 weeks to process it. This is completely unacceptable. Other financial services process and pay out disinvestments in 2 weeks. This is now a 4 month process with Alexander Forbes, are we going to get paid back the interest we could have obtained from this money!!!!
