Alexander Forbes - Disgusting Customer Support/ Sucks

This company is by far the worst that I’ve dealt with. As a financial company the level of service completely sucks. I’ve tried speaking to numerous reps over the weeks and no one has been able to assist. I’ve been having sleepless nights trying to get my logins and claim. Not ever again, no sense of urgency, no form of accountability. Everyone that has spoken to me via email seems to want a detailed statement of what’s on email already or information provided previously. Their level of service is disgusting. Not ever again….Please pay me my funds so that I can move my services else where in future.
