Alexander Forbes customer service

Alexander Forbes customer service is really not up to standard. You can call them 20 times in a row but no one answers a call. I have been wanting going on nearly three months now for my Provident pension fund payout. Now they say there is a query after which should have been picked up when my claim was originally received! These people are not serious about their customers so many people are complaining 🙄 This is totally unacceptable seriously!!!
