Alexander Forbes creates issues for me with SARS!

In in deep situation with SARS because of this company I resigned from my previous employer and everything was processed as per my request but IRP5 was incorrectly completed and not submitted to SARS or rather incorrectly completed document was submitted to SARS. Now because of this I couldn’t file my 2024 return, SARS officials tried to assist me online and in person but the document submitted to them was not correct. I enquired with the company’s customer care, which tried to assist by referring me to their Tax division which did not help but asked me to share a comply of a directive from SARS which I did share with them. After all that the response came back claiming that the document was correctly completed and this is how they always do it. The unfortunate part is that I still can’t file, I am accumulating penalties for not filing my return. My penalty is now sitting over R5000 and I have been handed over by SARS. I really do not know where to go for help or what to do💔💔💔💔💔💔
