Alexander Forbes costing me SARS penalties
If could give them minus 10 stars, I would. SARS issues a tax directive on my 2020/2021 tax return due to some documents missing from AF from my 2020 payout. I've been trying to get hold of Alexander forbes since then but unable to get through to their phone lines. Sent numerous emails with no response. I'm now getting penalties from SARS for failing to submit my return but I'm unable to submit it until I get assistance from Alexander forbes.
