Alexander Forbes connect pathetic service

I am unable to login. Says my credentials are incorrect. I have requested for a reset link through email - but have not received it. This has happened for more than a month. I waited more than an hr on call for an event to assist. I've been wasting my airtime everyday calling Alexander Forbes with nno answer. I have tried to reach out through all channels but not attended to.
