Alexander Forbes Claim not paid

I’m very disappointed in the level of service I received from Alexander Forbes after having invested with them over a period of 4.6yrs using their provident fund as an investment vehicle. I logged my claim which I need rather urgently as I’m currently unemployed and I have been given the run around. I received a text message on the 28th June advising that my claim had been put on hold due to SARS issues. I called SARS was told the issue was Alexander Forbes used an incorrect tax number when logging my tax application. I then called Alexander Forbes advising them of this and also furnished them with the correct tax number. They relaunched their application and to my surprise I just received the same sms reminder stating that my application is still on hold. This application is almost 5 weeks old and I’m being sent from pillar to post. Their call Centre agents are also very inefficient. This is an urgent matter because I need the funds. I’m now having to wrestle with a giant of a company for funds that are due to me. Hello Peter please assist me urgently.
