Alexander Forbes Call Centre no answer for days ...

What a sham service from such a big finacial institution - We have called and called and called and hung on for over 30 minutes at a time without any answer. We are trying to ascertain what death benefits are claimable in the even of my moms death - but no luck with anyone assisting I am not holding much hope of a response to this complaint -but lets see....
