Bad Experience with Alexander Forbes
I have had a very disappointing experience with Alexander Forbes while trying to complete my tax return. I encountered an error during the calculation, with a message advising me to contact my fund administrator for correction.
This was reported on 17 August. However, after numerous emails and telephone calls, I have received very little feedback, and I now find myself back at square one.
I have called several times and left numerous messages for Hanlie Pienaar requesting assistance. I have now been advised that the matter is being referred to the Alexander Forbes Tax Team for further assistance.
The level of feedback and communication has been extremely disappointing, particularly as I have had to repeatedly follow up via email and telephone to obtain assistance. I would appreciate urgent attention to this matter and a clear indication of when it will be resolved,very unprofessional communication skills and service.

Today 10.09.2026 still have not received any feedback form the Tax team at Aleander Forbes .i called Hanlie and she was absolutely rude, saying that the Tax team should assist me and the financial manager Rajest should assist, this is a lack of communication on their side which she out of frustration snapped at me.
An internal email was sent from to all below and still no help.
