Alexander Forbes - black hole

I have for the past dew days been trying to get hold of someone on the phone at Alexander Forbes. No one ever answers and you end up spending loads of money just waiting on the line for someone to pick up! I urgently need an IRP5 and have sent emails with no response or acknowledgement of receipt yet. I can't believe in this day and age we still have companies keeping people waiting FOREVER on a call in a "queue" At this point I am almost certain there isn't even anyone to pick up the call on the other end. If someone at your firm sees this I would highly appreciate assistance with receiving my IRP5 PLEASE.
