Alexander Forbes being very unhelpful!

I used to work for a large Petrochemical Company and my previous employer's pension fund is being managed by Alexander Forbes. I was directed by my previous company HR to contact Alexaner Forbes for information about my pension fund and told ''they are so friendly and willing to help''. I experienced the opposite! Both call Centre agents that I spoke to was very unfriendly and not willing to help. The first lady told me very harshly ''they dont give out pension fund statements'' if I want information I need to register on their website. She sounded a bit irritated that I had the audacity to enquire about my pension fund. The second call centre gentleman responded - when I called a second time acquiring direction for the very NOT user friendly Alexander Forbes website that ''he does not have time to hold the line for me'' to log in and make sure I register at the correct place. Thanks Alexander Forbes - you made me feel like a really invaluable client!
