Alexander Forbes "Bad Service"

I have had only bad experiences with this company, firstly the app hasn't been working for months, the internet login compared to last week and this week there is information missing(claim that i put in is now missing) the call back service I've requested multiple times for a representative to call back and no one calls me, I then phoned two of there branches and both of these you get a automated answer and when you select a option it goes back to the main menu. you cannot get a hold of them. I ended up wanting to drive to there main office and talk to them in person. I would not advise any company or person to go near Alexander Forbes at all.
