Alexander forbes bad service

Very bad service. My wife was let go last year November 2020. Up to now they are yet to pay the pension fund. They keep telling her the money will be paid tommorow. Tommorow just doesn't come. They cant ever tell het how much money should be paid out. So for almost a year they are propably growing there investment on her money. Yes she might not get alot of money but if they pull this conveniant **** on a 1000 people how much money do they make while people are waiting on there little money to come to them. It would be nice to get descent service from people that call themselves proffesional
