Alexander forbes are useless

Ive been having problems with this company for a few years now , they were supposed to handle my pension and tax with sars but the past 3 to 4 years they are just taking my money and making my life unbearable.ive been notified by sars for not doing e filing , im fined for something Alexander Forbes where supposed to be handling .it takes them a week to answer their emails and to assist
