Alexander Forbes apathy
Pity no zero star- still no conclusive feedback, apparently bad reviews are met with total disdain and apathy. No Consumer centric approach or caring expediency, just another cold corporate culture . These guys live automated responses, that’s as tangible as what it gets, they’d be dust without virtual technology
