Alexander Forbes and the run-around
My provident fund is with Alexander Forbes and I've been locked out of my online AF Connect profile for years because I don't have access to the email address and cellphone number I used to create my profile in 2021. As a result, I can't access my provident fund.
I have sent emails and made countless calls to Alexander Forbes but I'm always referred to my HR, and my HR refers me Alexander Forbes, and the back and forth has gone on for years.
From my experience, Alexander Forbes has acted unprofessionally and has show me it doesn't care.
