How many months more must I struggle with this matter?

My mother's medical aid is paid by the employer to Keyhealth, they pay their contribution as well as the amount deducted from her salary by the employer directly to Keyhealth.

We have been receiving warnings from Keyhealth that her membership fees are overdue. Alexander Forbes informed me that they are not. Find attached latest letter from Keyhealth threatening to end her benefits as the Employer is behind with R1 806.40.

How long must a 72 yr old patient with chronic obstructive pulmonary lung disease, asthma, blood pressure and diabetes struggle with this? Her life and treatment is on your conscious!!!

I require a final answer and this matter sorted before close of business today at 16:00.

I also require a full statement for the period 2018 indicating payments received from Keyhealth and I require a full statement of payment made by Alexander Forbes before close of business today.

Should sufficient outcome not be reached today, I will escalate this matter further to various media partners and the Ombudsman and CMS.
