I'm trying get through to Alexander Forbes all morning already. It's either they pretending not to hear me or there's really something wrong with their phones in that one department because I can hear them very clearly. Nobody is even attempting to call back and I'm sure the number is displayed on their telephones . How else does one get through to AF because the whatsapp service will not be able to resolve my query.
